By using UiToolbar ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by UiToolbar ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What UiToolbar Does

UiToolbar is a Chrome extension and developer tool for visual code editing. You select elements on live webpages, describe changes, and your coding agent modifies the source files. The extension runs locally and communicates with your IDE.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate account information
• You're responsible for your account security
• You must be 13 or older to use the Service
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

Don't use UiToolbar to:

• Generate malicious code or malware
• Circumvent usage limits or billing
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Share credentials or resell access
• Violate applicable laws

AI-Generated Code

Code generated through UiToolbar is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before production use. We make no guarantees about correctness or fitness for purpose. You retain full ownership of your source code and any modifications you accept.

• UiToolbar is a one-time lifetime purchase via Stripe
• Your purchase includes all current and future features
• Early bird pricing may change without notice
• 7-day full refund guarantee — email don@uitool.bar
• AI provider costs are not included — you bring your own agent (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)

Intellectual Property

You own your code. We don't claim ownership of your source code or AI-generated modifications. The UiToolbar application, brand, and underlying technology remain our property.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes & Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these terms — continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using UiToolbar at any time. We may terminate access for violations.
